Replacement Product Policy
If a customer is entitled to a replacement product, The Hot Corner will provide a replacement item that is identical or of similar value and functionality whenever available.
If an identical or comparable replacement is unavailable, we may choose to:
- Issue a full or partial refund
- Repair the original product within a reasonable timeframe
- Offer an alternative resolution when appropriate
Any replacement product provided will carry the same refund and warranty rights applicable to the original purchase, subject to our policies.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a Three-Year Limited Warranty on eligible products sold through our store, covering manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use conditions.
